What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Porter, Dunzo and SwiggyGo to send most of our orders. We deliver by cab to places that exceed 80 minutes ETA from our kitchen.
How long does it take for home delivery?
Orders are delivered on your chosen day between 7:30-8:00 pm. If you need a change in delivery timing for that day, please contact us via whatsapp +91 9606619606 or drop us a mail at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist. However, please note that the delivery day itself cannot be changed once the order is placed.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk and spam as it will come from a no-reply email address.
If the mail still hasn’t reached you, then we request you to contact us via WhatsApp +91 9606619606 to let us fix any error.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes, we only take pre-orders.
Can I collect from the store?
Yes, you may collect your order from our kitchen located at Rajajinagar as per your convenience.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
Yes, we only deliver on weekends, specifically on the delivery day you choose at the time of placing your order (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Once your order is placed, the selected delivery day cannot be changed.
Do you deliver on the weekdays?
We are not open for deliveries on weekdays. If you wish to place an order on a weekday please get in touch with us via mail at [email protected]
Can I track my item?
While there are no current tracking facilities available with our delivery, we do update you on the status of your order from the time it is prepared to when it leaves the kitchen.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, it does not have to be the addressee as long as he/she is authorized by you to receive the order and is aware of the order details.

How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed. You will receive a further confirmation email citing the completion of your order once it has been packed and is ready to leave our kitchen.
I'm new, how do I order?
Ordering at Suhsimen is simple! You can start by viewing our menu from the categories available. You can add your order to the cart and continue browsing for more, if needed. Once you’re done with picking the order (you can view tour order on the cart), click on checkout, following which you will have to fill billing and shipping details. You can pick your payment method here.
The next step is to click the box titled ‘I have read and agreed to the website terms and conditions’. Click on ‘Place Order’ This is will direct to the payment page. At the conclusion of payment you will receive our confirmation mail sent to you in your registered email address.
How do I apply a promotional code?
If and when available, coupon/promotional codes can be added just before filling in your billing details on the box titled ‘have a coupon?’
What are the available payment methods?
Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to a payment link page wherein you can choose to pay through your cards, UPI or Netbanking.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do your prices including GST?
Our prices are NOT inclusive of GST. We charge a flat rate of 5% GST for all orders.
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns on orders. For more details please view our cancellations and refunds policy.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Refunding an order takes not more than 15 working days as per the processes of your bank. For more details please view our Cancellation and Refunds policy.

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?
For any changes to your order, please call +91 9606619606 or drop us a mail at [email protected] after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order . If it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.
Why am I missing an item in my delivery?
In the rare occasion that we miss an item in any order will be refunded immediately. If we are out of stock, you will be informed beforehand.
Are you open on all days?
No, we are not open every day. SushiMen accepts orders only from Monday or Tuesday until Thursday midnight, depending on seafood availability, for weekend deliveries (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). We are closed for orders outside of this timeframe.
Are you vegan-friendly?
We are vegan-friendly! We have a wide array of vegan options that you can find on our menu.
